For your information, the exchange rates of all foreign currencies are derived from Google Finance. Payments however are transacted based on your bank / Paypal's prevailing exchange rates. So please take note that we will transact in SGD which means the actual amount you pay may differ from the converted prices displayed on site.
All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event whereby a merchandise displays an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price or cancel your order whichever is necessary.
By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, and (ii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided.
If there is any changes to your order, kindly email us immediately (email@example.com). Parcels will be mailed out as per order details. Once the parcel is mailed out, we will not be able to make any changes to it.
All promo codes have to be entered upon purchase to be valid. Discount cannot be applied on an order after it has been successfully made.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor’s settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. To be safe, we would encourage you to get our swatches so that you can see the colours/ fabric in real life.
All measurements provided on our website are only basic measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Despite our efforts, the presence of discrepancies is still common due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Such instances are also not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies unless it is beyond the grace limit.

Regular shipping fee is still required. Express shipping will be mailed out via DHL. For those countries that are not eligible for the Express Shipping Upgrade, your parcel will be mailed via Regular Shipping.
Once your order is shipped, there will be a tracking number for you to track the parcel. You can also log in to your Account’s Order History to retrieve the tracking number.
In the event that the parcel is being returned back to us due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed within the stipulated time frame, we can resend it back to you but you will be liable for any further delivery cost.
Our return policy is only applicable for TDY's merchandises that is purchased on this website. Custom made dresses and Sale items cannot be returned.
You can return your *item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel and you will have to bear the shipping costs of the return. Do send us an email with the tracking number of the returned parcel once the parcel has been mailed out. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.
Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed, unaltered without any scent, lint or hair. The original tags and packaging have to be intact too.
Returned item(s) that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected and you will also be required to bear the delivery charges for the item(s) to be mailed back to you. Strictly no refund will be given if the return is postmarked more than 7 days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 7 days, otherwise we will not accept the return.
All return cases will have to be completed within 30 calendar days from day of us receiving the proof of postage from you.
