International Orders

For Infinity Dress orders, international deliveries are arranged through DHL. Orders will generally be prepared and handed over to the courier within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise indicated. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes around one week, depending on the destination.

Please ensure that a valid contact number is provided at checkout, as DHL may require this to facilitate delivery.

Orders for accessories and swatches are sent separately via regular mail through Singapore Post.

Remote Area Delivery
Certain destinations may be classified as remote areas by DHL. If your delivery address falls within a remote area, an additional USD 30 delivery surcharge will be required. We will contact you should this surcharge apply to your order.

Customs, Taxes & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to VAT, import tax, customs duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable requirements with their local customs or tax authorities and for settling any charges imposed on the shipment.

Parcels are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated and are handled by Singapore Post. Free Shipping applies for local orders above $120.
