We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking and our cancellation and return policy was created with this in mind. We also understand that colours on your computer screen may differ to how they appear in person, hence we strongly advise you to order fabric swatches to ensure you are completely happy with all colour choices. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy below for details.
Our swatches are complimentary but we collect a flat rate of USD$4 for the shipping fee. You can choose up to 8 colours and it will be mailed via Registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you. For the tracking of swatches, it can only be tracked on Singapore Post website. All swatches are final sale, strictly no returns or exchanges.
After placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after cancelling the order. If you would like to update a new delivery address or choose another delivery option please also update us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages or any delivery delay that is caused by third parties.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to without our prior knowledge.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your returned parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please kindly note that you will only receive a full refund of the returned product. Both shipping fee(to and return) will be borne by the buyer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale and customised items cannot be refunded.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
