We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking and our cancellation and return policy was created with this in mind. We also understand that colours on your computer screen may differ to how they appear in person, hence we strongly advise you to order fabric swatches to ensure you are completely happy with all colour choices. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy below for details.

SWATCHES

Our swatches are complimentary but we collect a flat rate of USD$4 for the shipping fee. You can choose up to 8 colours and it will be mailed via Registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you. For the tracking of swatches, it can only be tracked on Singapore Post website. All swatches are final sale, strictly no returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT

After placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please contact us at orders@thedaintyard.com within 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after cancelling the order. If you would like to update a new delivery address or choose another delivery option please also update us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages or any delivery delay that is caused by third parties.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to without our prior knowledge.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item(s) and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Please note that only the cost of the returned dress(es) will be refunded. The original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges paid are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

A USD $10 restocking fee applies to each individual dress returned and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

SALE/CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale and customised items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thedaintyard.com

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be borne entirely by the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning your order, particularly for higher-value items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned parcel that is lost, damaged, or does not reach us.

For approved exchanges or replacement items, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method used.
